We have a great opportunity for a Practice Administrator to work with physician leadership and medical staff in a hospital setting located in the Emergency Department at our Banner Boswell site in Sun City, AZ.
The ideal candidate will have two plus years of experience, preferably in a healthcare organization. The position requires superb self-starter skills, excellent written communication and editing ability, a mature grasp of organizational hierarchy, ability to prioritize tasks and projects and the discretion to know when to act independently and when to ask for guidance and/or assistance. It demands flexibility, a customer-focus, creativity, and lots of attention to detail.
Here's How You Would Support Vituity:
Act as the operational manager for the emergency physician leadership, acting as the interface for emergency department to the hospital and community
Manage the operational needs for the emergency department practice, coordinating systems such as tactics for meetings, clinical schedules and department data
Act as the front line leader for the provider team with the nursing staff, nursing leadership, and Vituity support team
Attend and support emergency physician leadership team at meetings for throughput, quality, and as needed attend meetings with hospital executives and emergency leadership team
Serve as liaison between Vituity recruiting and new provider to ensure that all criteria are met for credentialing, compliance, and on-boarding
Serve as liaison between Vituity revenue cycle management business unit and providers for documentation questions, compliance with CMS measures, and compliance in chart documentation.
Assist the emergency physician leadership team to track finances, quality initiatives, financial incentives, and assemble reports for presentations
Support the department with patient experience, acting as the administrator for customer experience on behalf of physician leadership
Responsible for creation and maintenance of provider group manuals such as orientation, and on site protocols
Draft and send out written correspondence on behalf of the emergency physician leadership team
Act as the interface for the emergency physician leadership team by answering questions and calls
Key Competencies / Qualifications:
4 year college degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, healthcare or office management style role a plus
Strong organizational skills
Strong customer service and business acumen
Self-starter with little need for direct supervision
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Outlook) and ability to learn new computer systems
Comfortable with using multiple technologies for presentations, on line meetings and saving information to shared drives
Ability to effectively communicate in English, verbally, and in writing
Self-directed, motivated, and sensitive to deadlines
Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
