Senior HR Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources practitioner with a heavy emphasis in recruitment and training and development.? ?


Recruitment:




  • Provides support, resources, and expertise related to recruitment and selection, hiring, on boarding and employee transfers.


  • Serves as a resource to applicants and managers and supervisors


  • Answers inquiries about employment procedures, regulations and policies


  • Oversees and coordinates applicant tracking and contacts



Training and development:




  • Recommends and may create and conduct training and development programs


  • Training topics could include but not be limited to anti-harassment, discrimination avoidance, diversity, customer service skills, business communication skills and interviewing


  • Works with managers and supervisors to create and implement on-the-job training opportunities for all employees?


  • Oversees and coordinates tracking for all training programs and employee engagement


  • Measure effectiveness of training


  • Evaluate additional training needs and resources



This person will be responsible for other HR related duties and functions.?


Must be bilingual English/Spanish.?


Candidate will need to have a bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or closely related field and five years professional level experience in recruitment and training and development in a large organization.??


Strong experience with technology based tools and resources for both recruiting and training/development is required.




Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
