Please Note: This position may be filled at either the Business Analyst III or Consultant level. The Hiring Manager will determine level based upon the selected applicant's skillset relative to the qualifications listed for this position.
Location: This is a work at home opportunity, however the preferred locations are the following: Ohio (Taft-Cincinnati), Wisconsin (Pewaukee), Virginia (Roanoke), California (Newbury Park, Woodland Hills), or Florida (Tampa). Relocation is not provided.
Responsible for functional business support for the Siebel CRM application and related platforms. This role will support the Medicare Sales process, the Siebel CRM application, and the Sales teams that use the application for daily Lead Management. Ideal candidate will possess a firm understanding of the Medicare Sales process. Must be able to translate moderately complex and varied business needs into application software requirements. Must be able to effectively consider the business implications of technology solutions to current and future business environments. Should possess project experience with an understanding of all phases of system design and project delivery.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex and varied business needs.
Analyzes and designs solutions to address complex and varied business needs.
Consults with business partners & IT concerning application and implementation of technology.
May lead teams assigned to complex projects.
Project support through all phases of the project life cycle (including but not limited to requirements, testing, & implementation).
Innovation and continuous improvement of business processes and Sales & Marketing business platforms.
5 years (BA III) or 8 years (Consultant) of business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, working knowledge of computer software / CRM applications, hardware and operating systems;
BS/BA degree, or equivalent relevant experience without a degree
Ability to travel maybe required. Ability to travel 10-15% (based on business need and location worked) may be required.
Experience/working knowledge of Siebel CRM application is preferred.
Agile product owner experience is preferred.
Experience/working knowledge of Medicare and sales process is required.
Experience/working knowledge of telesales & call center environments is preferred.
Proficiency in Power Point is required, Visio preferred.
Experience presenting complex information to executive leadership required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
