The Corporate Clinical Quality Management Analytics area is seeking an organized, analytical resource to help with population health management analytics and strategy by method of dashboard/visualization creation, return on investment scenarios, as well as potential evaluation of processes internally supporting completion of reporting/consulting tasks.
The incumbent will serve as a liaison and provides advanced client support and consulting to various business users and management on broad range of issues related to clinical quality, HEDIS, NCQA Measurements. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Establishes, maintains, uses, and continually expands/enhances knowledge of data warehouses/marts, IM and enterprise applications, data, queries/ programming, and organizational structure associated with HEDIS measurements and consulting on improvement strategies.
Responsible for and/or may lead critical work and/or complex projects performed within a broad technical and business context.
May undertake complex assignments requiring additional specialized technical or business knowledge.
May design, develop and/or deliver intermediate and advanced programs/visualizations/tools for business users to enhance business decision-making capability.
Develops and disseminates complex information and communications to key stakeholders.
May design, consult on and/or build quality analytics tools.
May develop, track, analyze and report on metrics related to HEDIS, NCQA measures, as well as other requests addressed by Quality Analytics.
Provides relevant insights in new and existing BI activities.
Provides advice for short and long term strategic directions.
Contributes to the development and maintenance of department policies and standard operating procedures.
Assists, instructs, mentors and reviews work of less experienced IM Consultants and provides insights on developmental opportunities. Epidemiology
Leads and plans projects.
Requires a BS/BA degree in related field; minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; experience in data warehouse usage, standard query and reporting tools, BI or enterprise software, SQL and Business Objects; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Requires technical knowledge, training and understanding of principles in multiple IM disciplines / functions. Master's degree preferred. SAS experience preferred.
Other preferred skills:
Strong experience with Medicaid/Medicare HEDIS, NCQA Measures.
Strong experience understanding clinical strategies aimed at improvement HEDIS performance.
Strong experience with Tableau desktop, developing visualizations
Strong with project management, business requirement development, researching and understanding customer requests related to HEDIS, claims, provider, and member data.
Strong experience with Medicaid clinical quality data.
Prefer experience with SQL, SAS, Teradata.
Experience analyzing data for quality outcomes and improvement such as HEDIS and Claims data across multiple platforms (Edward and Facets)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
