Talent Acquisition Manager
Responsible for providing staffing support for specialized professional area or top-to-bottom recruitment.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Collaborates with hiring managers, leadership and HR delivery team in the staffing and selection processes to ensure positions are filled with the most highly talented candidates.
Primary relationship management responsibility at General Manager, Senior VP, or Executive VP level.
Runs ads in periodicals, newspapers.
Mines internet sites using advanced sourcing techniques - direct mailers, cold-calling or networking as a sourcing option.
Develops comprehensive sourcing plan.
Actively solicits and receives funding for recruitment strategy efforts.
Provides inputs on performance for junior level talent acquisition consultants.
Serves as project lead on staffing projects and may manage large scale enterprise-wide staffing projects.
Assists Diversity and College Relations functions by developing partnerships with various school faculty to identify prospective candidates.

BA degree;
7 years of related experience;
or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to act as a strategic talent partner and influence and consult with hiring leaders and HR peers as a subject matter expert.
Experience working with applicant tracking system Taleo
Healthcare recruiting experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
